Family Frustration

There is so much going wrong with my immediate and extended family right now. There is arguing, mistrust, lying, deceiving, and backstabbing. I don't know how much more I can take. I love everyone who is fighting, but my husband is right. We have to think about our family right now. Most important is my son Leo. He comes before everyone.

I just can't stand the lying. That is one thing that is most important to me in any relationship. My sister's lie to each other. People who I thought were friends of my fmaily have lied and hurt us financially, which has caused emotional anguish. Now the only way to get back on our feet is to hurt them financially and cause them to hurt emotionally. The problem is they have no one to blame but themselves.

A Real Palm Addict

Posted on Palm Addict -S. E. McClintock, Associate Writer (San Antonio, TX USA)

As I was getting in the car this moring to go to work, my wife, Dallas, came rushing out of the house in her bath robe. Mind you, minutes before this, she was complaining that she could barely move or get out of bed because of back pain:

"Where's the the Treo?"

"I have it with me like I told you last night."

"Let me see it."

"Why?"

"Just let me see it."

So I go back to the car to retrieve the Treo and bring it to her.

"I left my Village Sim game running last night on slow and if you took it to work and left it running all day all my villagers would be dead."

"..."

How many of you would chase after spouse in your bath robe, just because you left a game running on the palm? NOW THAT'S A TRUE PALM ADDICT!!!

Scott and Leo

These are the two most important people in my life. Aren't they cute. You can just see the love when these two look at each other.

My First Post on Palm Addict

Posted on Palm Addict

From Dallas McClintock. My husband Scott got me into palms and has recently been generous enough to give me his Treo after months of begging. I have become addicted to the Treo. It has everything that I need and does everything that I want it to do. I mostly use it to take pictures of my gorgeous 4 month old baby. The Treo is always there for me when he has a "kodak moment". Today I even took a short video clip of him rolling over for the first time. The other day I went to the store and I used my Treo to go shopping for groceries. I utilize the freeware program handy shopper. My sister was so amazed at how I could calculate my total even before getting to the check out she asked me to send it to her. She owns a TE2 which I had also wanted. I like the favorites menu and the idea that even if my device dies I will n! ot loo! se anything. As my husband knows quite well I have a very bad habit of not charging my device and then anything I added gets erased.I just want to thank Sammy and the rest of the Palm Addict writers and editors for maintaining such a wonderful and informative site. Looking forward to another six years... - Sammy (Manchester, UK)
